The visit allowed firsthand the Minister the facilities of the three research areas of ICRA - Resources and Ecosystems, Water Quality and Technologies and Evaluation as well as several projects currently s ' are conducted, some of which - Globaqua, and R3 - Water - demEAUmed have recently obtained financial support from the European Union to the tune of 1.3 million euros .

The minister expressed a special interest in seeing the Experimental Streams Facilities, unique in Europe, which was opened in May 2012 and became ICRA one of the few research institutes in Europe that concentrates in one space, all the resources and services necessary to provide a global service cross in search of water through various disciplines.
